Eligibility
* No Returns: We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
* Exchange Only: Exchanges are only permitted in the case of manufacturing damages or receiving the wrong product
* Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim an exchange, a clear, unedited unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory. Without a video, no exchange requests will be entertained.
* Timeline: A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
* Condition: The saree must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact with Valid Reasons

- Reason for exchange
- Photos of product, tag, and packaging (for damaged/incorrect items)
- Unboxing Video
Our team will review and confirm the next steps.

Charges
- ₹200 per item may be deducted towards logistics on free-shipping orders.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- Order cancellations may incur a 5% payment gateway and handling fee.
