Eligibility

* No Returns: We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

* Exchange Only: Exchanges are only permitted in the case of manufacturing damages or receiving the wrong product

* Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim an exchange, a clear, unedited unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory. Without a video, no exchange requests will be entertained.

* Timeline: A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

* Condition: The saree must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact with Valid Reasons

We accept exchange requests for:

  • Damaged or defective item
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchanges are allowed for damaged or wrong products

Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Custom-made or blouse-stitched sarees

Clearance / sale items (if mentioned)

How to Request

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of product, tag, and packaging (for damaged/incorrect items)
  • Unboxing Video

Our team will review and confirm the next steps.

Issued after product inspection.

  • Exchange allowed only once.
  • Subject to availability of stock

Charges

  • ₹200 per item may be deducted towards logistics on free-shipping orders.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Order cancellations may incur a 5% payment gateway and handling fee.
